202 Group is growing rapidly, and we seek an experienced sales executive with a proven track record of building customer relationships and closing new business. You are passionate about innovation and technology and you will use your talent and grit to help us reach the next level. You will be the lead 202 Group champion and opportunity hunter. You will work with internal and external resources to identify, shape, and win new business.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as 202 Group’s lead extrovert and champion
- Strategically identify, shape, and lead activities to win new business
- Work with account leads and delivery teams to strategically plan for account penetration including prospecting plans and client outreach
- Conduct research and outreach to truly understand customers’ problems with the goal of setting meetings for 202 Group to demonstrate value
- Work with our tech team to determine how 202 Group solutions can solve customer problems
- Contribute to proposal development
- Contribute to company marketing activities
Qualifications:
- 10+ years DoD/Federal Business Development and Capture experience
- Experience with US Space Force, US Air Force, and other DoD components
- Experience selling to senior executive level clients
- Consultative approach to solutions selling
- Lead demos and pitches to client executives
- Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding goals or quotas
- Experience with data science, analytics sales
- Experience with Salesforce
- Commitment to self-improvement

- US Citizen
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with supply chain risk management and/or due diligence market
- Familiarity with Data Science/Analytics products and market
